Support Broker - West Surrey

Part Time Post (22 hours) - 6 month fixed contract initially
£19,000-£22,000 depending on experience

To work with individuals, their family and friends (where appropriate) to develop, budget and implement the individual€™s personal Support Plan.

The post-holder will be working alongside people with learning disabilities, and may also support some older people, people with mental health needs, carers or individuals with physical disabilities.

Advocate and Group Worker – Surrey

Part Time Post (28 hours) - 1 year fixed contract initially

This post will support a senior advocate in developing Self Advocacy Groups and Drop-In sessions, and provide professional advocacy to individuals with learning disabilities in Surrey.
